FAQ: Is there a limit to the amount of information I can import or export?

Yes and No.

90% of everything you do on EconoVue is without limit. For example, all reports in RegionVue and LocalVue have no limits on downloading. This includes any PDF graph or map, statistical spreadsheet or business list. This is also true of any business list downloads while in the 'Search' area of ProspectVue.

That said, there are limits on two activities in ProspectVue, described below:

• Importing Full Access Records (FAR). There is a limit to the number of Full Access Records (FAR) that your group can import into 'My List'. This is also known as Saving a List. Each imported record is subtracted from. a pre-purchased tally of credits. 
• Downloading D&B reports. There is also a limit to the amount of D&B reports (Comprehensive Reports, Detailed Reports and Contacts) that your group can import/download. These are referred to as D&B Direct Credits.

To track your group's credit amount, click on the Account Activity area accessed by the link at the top of the app. The credit amount associated with FAR or D&B Direct is outlined in the terms of your agency's contract with D&B. If you exceed the amount of records that can be imported, you will get a message telling you so and directing you to contact us. Please send us a note.  Depending upon the terms of your contract, we may simply replenish your credits.
