1 Within ProspectVue, click on the My Lists tab. Ensure sure that Companies is highlighted.
Companies in your primary county will appear on the map.
2 If multiple counties are required to display all saved companies, click Select Multiple Regions, then click the additional counties on the map.
3 Note: For those with company lists saved in multiple regions, a pop-up box will provide the option to select your counties from a list. When selections are complete, click Proceed.
4 Use the Filter drop-down menu to select from the saved filter tags.
Information for all businesses saved in My Lists with the selected filtered tag will be displayed in the left column, as well as on the map.
5 Click on a company to see additional details.
6 In the company-specific pop-up box, you can edit the listing, request a company report, search for open job listings or assign follow-up tasks.
7 To export the list in a spreadsheet, click Export/Import List.
8 Then select Export to Spreadsheet.
